One conversation is usually enough.

No forms to complete before we meet, and nothing to prepare. You talk, we draft, you read it properly before anything is signed.

Four steps, start to signed.

01

The conversation

Forty-five minutes, at your home, our table, or over a call. We map what you own and, just as importantly, how each thing is held, because that is what decides whether your will can reach it at all. Nothing to prepare beforehand.

02

The draft

We prepare the will, the LPA if you need one, and a list of every nomination that has to be corrected to match. It comes back in plain English, not legal boilerplate, so you can actually check it says what you meant.

03

Reading it together

We go through it line by line, including the clauses most people skip: what happens if a beneficiary dies first, who acts if your executor cannot, and what your family must do in the first week. You change anything you want.

04

Signing and safekeeping

Signed and witnessed under supervision so the formalities are right. Then the original is stored, its location lodged with the Wills Registry, and your executor told where to find it.

Everything else you might be wondering.

We can prepare for it, and we will tell you plainly when a foreign asset needs advice in that jurisdiction rather than a line in a Singapore will. Property abroad is the most common example.

Someone organised, likely to outlive you, and willing. It can be a beneficiary. We always name a backup, because the most common problem is an executor who cannot act when the time comes.

Nothing. If you already know roughly what you own and how it is held, that speeds things up, but we can work through it together from a blank page.

Yes, as often as you need. Small changes are made by a codicil; larger ones by a fresh will that revokes the old one. We handle either, and we would rather you updated it than left it wrong.

No. We are a will-writing practice, not a law firm. Where an estate is contested, complex or needs a solicitor, we say so and work alongside one rather than pretending otherwise.

Start the conversation.

Leave your name and number and we will call you back. No obligation, and no cost for the first conversation.
